How long do mediated divorces take?

So, if a couple is willing to work together and talk through the contested issues in an effort to come to a conclusion, the divorce can be finalized in just a few sessions. On the other hand, if the couple is having a hard time working together and communicating, it may take a little bit longer for them to finalize the divorce. However, even those who need a few more sessions to come to a divorce agreement finish the process quicker than those who have a litigated divorce. Of course, everyone’s situation is different.
